LICENSING DISTRICT OF LAWRENCE "IVTOTICE Is Hereby Given, that the Annual Licensing Court for the Licensing District of Lawrence will be held at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Lawrence, on TUESDAY, 7th JUNF, at noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration all applications for Certificates for such Licenses, as by tho Licensing Act, 1873, Amendment Acts, 1874 and 1875, are authorised to be granted by Licensing Courts ; and the transfer or removal or renewal of such Licenses, of which twenty-one days' notice shall be given to the Clerk of the Licensing Court for tho District in which the premises in respect of which such application is made are situated. Each tender must be accompanied by a Separate Bank Marked Cheque, amounting to five per cent, on the amount of the Tender. Cheques to contain number of Contract and name of Contractor in body thereof, and made payable to order of County Treasurer only. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted. All that area bounded on the north by the Lawrence and Wetherstones School Districts, and block IX., Tunpeka East Survey District; on the east by block VII., Tuapeka East Survey District ; on tbo south by Waitahuna Survey District, in" eluding sections 13 and 14, block VII., Wailahuna East District ; and an the west by Tuapeka Flat School District.
