Plans and Specifications to be seen at the County Couucil Office, Lawrence, and No. 122 at Post-office, Roxburgh. Each tender must be accompanied by a Separate Bank Marked Cheque, amounting to five per cent, on the amount of the Tender. Cheques to contain number of Contract and name of Contractor in body thereof, and made payable to order of County Treasurer only. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted. All that area bounded on the north by the Lawrence and Wetherstones School Districts, and block IX., Tunpeka East Survey District; on the east by block VII., Tuapeka East Survey District ; on tbo south by Waitahuna Survey District, in" eluding sections 13 and 14, block VII., Wailahuna East District ; and an the west by Tuapeka Flat School District.
