(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., R.M.) [By Tbibgbaph.] Ah Hee v. Ah Bon.— Claim of 14s 7d. Samev. CheeYouk: Claim, £23 7d. — Same v. Wong Shot : Claim, £27 13s.— Same v. Hung Chee: Claim, £27 18s 6d.— The above were claims on dishonored promissory notes and acceptance?. Judgment was given for the amounts claimed, with costs amounting to £7 18s. Coagrovey. Guilson, and Same v. O'Brien, were adjourned to the 22nd proximo. Plaintiff, who resides at the Whitecombo, could not attend, owing to the snow causing the track to be impassable. Magee v. Steele.— Claim of £13 4s, for wages. Judgment for £12 Is, being the amount paid into Court. Plaintiff to pay witnesses expenses, 245 ; and costs of Court 20s 6d. Beighton v. Nioen. — Adjourned to 10 a.m., to-morrow. - In the Warden's Court, the adjourned case of Polico v. W. S. Howard, for carrying on business, on Crown, Land without a license, was withdrawn ,. -
