This Phosphatic combination is pronounced by tho most eminent members of the Mcdi ical Profession to be unequalled for its power in replenishing the vitality of the body, by its supplying all the essential constituents of the blood and nerve substance, and for developing all the powers and functions of the system to the highest degree. Digestion is improved ; the appetite increase.; wonderfully ; the bowels l/jcoine regular ; the eyes brighter ; the skin clear and healthy ; and the hair acquires strength, showing the importance of the action of the Phosphodyne on the organs of nutrition. Finally, the Phosphodyne maintains a ccrtun degree of activity in the previously debilitated nervous system ; its use enables all debilitated organs to return to their sound state and perform their natural functions. Sir Charles Locock, Physical Accou<ihur to her Majesty the Queen, stated at a dteeting of the Lfoyal Medical and Chirurgical Society that in thirteen cases of debility and iervous prostration he had effected permanent cures by the use of Dr. Bright's Phosphodyne, Sir Wm. Ferguson, Bart, F H.S., purgeon to Her Majesty the Queen, says :—''l: — ''I have repeatedly prescribed Dr. Bright'i Phosphodyno, and found it an agreeable and beneticial romedy. I have but one objection regarding it, and that is. the elaborate process reqnired in the preparation (will not allow of the retail price being wjthin the reach of all classes." j Dr. Lancaster, the eminent Coroner, says : — " Dr. Hright's Phosphodyne is calculated to entirely supersede iron, mercury, iarsaparilla, quinine, and cod-liver oil." j Dr. 11. Quain, F.H.C.P., Physiciati to the Hospital for Consumption, Broiniton, remarks : — "It cannot be doubted that this Phosphatic preparation will henceforth rank Cnremos* in therapeutics ; it generates all the important elements of the human frame, the peculi.ii character of thia substance fitting it for vital uses." Sir T. Lawrence says :—"I: — "I have found Dr. Bright's Phosphodyne an excellent remedy in skin diseases. I presume it is by oxydisa'ion." Professor Syme says: — "The effects of the phosphodyne in obstinate cases qf disease are as astonishing as perplexing." Dr. Hanfield Jones, F.K.C.P., F.KS., Physician to St. Mary's Hospital, says, in Atrophy and General Debility Phosphodyne is a most admirable remedy ; it invigorates the nutritive functions, and. increases the vital energy — "it not only acts as an absorbent," but retards or repairs the waste of tissue, and restores the nutritive functions to their normal condition. "The Lancet" considers the Phcsphodyne one of the most important contributions made to Materia Mediea during the last century.
