(To (he Editor,) Sir, — In your issue of May Ist, you have a paragraph which states that Mr. T. L. Shepherd addressed his constituents at this place on the 26th ult., and that he received a unanimous vote of-confidence. Allow me to inform you that Mr. T. L.
