Samuel Anderson's application "for a piece of land in block XIX was adjourned for a month for Biirvey. John Tuckey's application far an agricultural lease of a section in block XIX was adjourned for a month for survey and inquiry. William Labes' application for an agricultural lease of section* 66, block IV-, Tuapejca East, was refused, the land being withiu the mining reserve. Simon Fahey's application for a residence area was adjourned for six months. Bridget Callaghan's application for a residence area was adjourned for inspection.
