RULES AND REG-ULATIONS. Mares aud geldings allowed 31bs. No entries will be received for any of the above x'accs, except on this condition, viz., that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the Programme to be final. No person will be allowed to run or enter a horse for any race in this programme unless the same is the bona fide property of a subscriber of Ll Is. to the race fund. Post entries for all the above races. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. Three horses to start or the public money will not be given.
