Cy Williams Refused Permit by Police. Ptr Press Association. BLENHEIM, June 23. Following his attack on the referee at Grey mouth on Friday C.v. Willia/ns. the American wrestler, has been refi/sed a permit by the Police Department to wrestle again in New Zealand. WilSaturelay night, but news of' the police ban became known during the afternoon and the match was cancelled. Williams declares that he will take the first ship back Jo the United States.
