List of Crimes Added to Legal Code. United Press Assn.— By Electric Telegraph— Copyright. (Received Mav 28, 10.35 am.) BERLIN. May 27. A list of new penal offences which has been incorporated in the legal code has been announced. The list includes disparagement of the German peoples, bringing contempt on historical figures revered as incorporating German ideals, malicious attempts to diminish the glory of the deeds performed by the soldiers of the German Army, and attacks on marriage and the family. Special provisions are also made to protect the prestige of the Nazi movement.
