WOMAN STRANGLED.
Body Discovered in Room by Parents. HUSBAND'S SUICIDE. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received February 19, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Dulcie Wilbow, aged 22, was strangled to death in a room of an apartment house at Glebe on Sundav night. Her body was discovered last night by her parents. Early yesterday her husband, Victor Wilbow, aged 24, shot himself through the heart at his parents’ home in Greenwich. The police believe that the man murdered his wife and then committed suicide.
