VALUABLE FIND IN UREWERA STATE FOREST. Four young motorists, spending their holidays seeing the North Island, had mapped out a rather ambitious programme. Limited time made their journey rather a physical strain. They had reached the most isolated part of the island—the Urewera Forest district —when one member of the party had developed quite a heavy cold. Naturally they kept a look out for somewhere to buy a bottle of “ Baxter’s ” but the next likely place looked like Rotorua. However, they were surprised to come across a small settlement tucked away in a clearing in the vast State forest area and sure enough the storekeeper had Baxter’s Lung Preserver—and remarked that they were not the first campers to call for a bottle. JncidentalH r a few timely doses of “ Baxter’s ” quickly put things right and the affected member of the party was soon as good as gold. It is significant that wherever one travels in New Zealand one will always find “ Baxter's ” readily obtainable. A wonderful indication of how firmly established this popular remedy for coughs, colds, throat and chest, afflictions has become. “ Baxter’s ” tonic properties also give it added value. All chemists and stores sell “ Baxter’s ” in 1/6, 2/6 and 4/6 sizes. 6
