Mick the Miller, most famous of English racing- greyhounds, is to make an extensive tour of the United States and Canada. There are a number of greyhound race-tracks in the United States and it is proposed to establish the sport in Canada. Mick the Miller was bred in Ireland by the Rev Father Murphy. lie now belongs to Mr Arundel H. Kempton, who paid £2OOO for him. In England this greyhound has run in 48 races of which he has won 36. He has also taken part in 13 matches and has won 10 of them He has won £8685 10s in prize money ia England. a k Tennis Suspensions. The Austrian L.T.A. seems to be a very active body in penalising players J for various offences—see the following examples: (1) Suspension for eight months for rudeness to an umpire: <2) two brothers for six months for play, ing in unauthorised tournaments, and for entering under assumed names: (3) a president of a club for nearly two years for playing in a team match for his club under a false name; and the captain of the team incurred the same penalty for playing the president under the wrong name: (4) suspension sine die for not paying tournament entrance fees.
