CASHMERE BRIDGE PARTY.
At her home. Cashmere Hills. Miss Sally Lindsay gave a pleasant bridge party for Miss Dora Neville, who is leaving Christchurch this week for Dunedin, where she will make her home. The drawing-room was decorated with rowan berries and autumn tinted leaves. Those present were : —Misses Sally Lindsay, Dora Neville, Anne Lindsay (Sydney), Joy Shand, Nance Shand, Noeleen Bishop. Sheila Lynskey, Helen Haskins, Jean Keighley, and Gwynneth Laver: Messrs Alan Hall, Alan Smith. Jim Standring, Edwin Shand, Desmond A’Court. Ted Hatherley, Pat M’Gill, Hugh Francis, Peter Irwin and Phil Morrison.
