ARCHBISHOP’S VIOLIN.
Stradivarius Bequeathed to St Patrick’s. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, January 9. It was announced to-day that the Stradivarius violin owned by Archbishop Redwood has been bequeathed to St Patrick’s College, Silverstream, the institution he founded, and at whose prizegiving he presided onlv last month. According to the will the executors of the estate are Monsignor M’Manus, Palmerston North, and the Very Rev D. Hurley, S.M., Provincial of the Marist Order.
