STRUCK BY HAY-STACKER.
AUCKLAND, January 9. Two men were injured at a farm at Waharoa. near Matamata, when a haystacker fell on them. Mr J. A. Fraser, aged 55 years, married, suffered injuries to the spine, and Mr A. Cameron received extensive lacerations to the face, neck and knee and a fracture of the right forearm. An ambulance was summoned from Hamilton and the two men were admitted to the Waikato Hospital. Th.j condition of Mr Fraser is considered to be fairly serious, but Mr Cameron’s condition is not serious.
