Two Awards Made to Englishmen. NORWEGIAN HONOURS. United Press Assn.—By Ulectric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 11, 11 a.m.) LONDON, December 10 Mr Arthur Henderson (President of the Disarmament Conference) and Sir Norman Angell, the English writer on international affairs, who have been awarded the Nobel Peace Prizes, have arrived at Oslo. Sir Norman Angell has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for 1933, and Mr Arthur Henderson the prize for 1934.
