SECOND ARREST.
Entry of Hosiery Warehouse Alleged. ACCUSED REMANDED. A second man war. charged in the Police Court this morning with breaking and entering the premises of the Selwyn Hosiery Company, a previous charge having been preferred against another man on Friday, following a thrilling chase cn Thursday night. The man who appeared before Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., to-day was Robert James Mitchell, a labourer, who was charged that on December 6 he broke and entered the warehouse of the Selwyn Hosiery Company at 351, Selwvn Street, with intent to commit a crime. The accused was remanded until tomorrow. In applying for the remand, Chief-Detective Dunlop said a further remand would probably be necessary.
