Particulars of reduced fares and train arrangements in connection with the races at Hororata on Saturday, December 15, are advertised in this issue. A special horse train leaves Christchurch at 8.30 a.m. and arrangements have been made to take passengers from Christchurch and Adding ton by the West Coast express leaving Christchurch at 10 a.m., connecting at Darfield with a special train arriving at Coalgate at 11.25 a.m.
