Action Questioning City By-law.
Judgment was reserved by Mr Justice. Johnston in the case in which Charles Seymour Trillo, of Christchurch, manager of the Gold Band Taxis, took action in the Supreme Court with the object of having portions of the bylaw relating to taxi regulations quashed.
