CYCLING CLUB’S DANCE.
The Avon Amateur Cycling Club held an enjoyable dance in the Railwav Hall on Thursday evening. Red and' while Streamers, the club’s colours. were prominent among the decorations. Music for the dancing was urovided by Mrs Wilson’s Melody Makers, and extras were played by Mr H. (j. H. ®?c'kTs,,ot M dan™ s£?*o„"bv A liprfim and Mr i! Pafm«“ n a Mom/carVo dance by Miss Daphne Williams and Mi Ernest Pate, and a miniature Monte ,° by Miss B Peddle and Mr 11. Reilly. During the evening the dub patron (Mr D. G. Sullivan, M.P ) presented the trophies to the riders gaining the highest points during the year Percy Norrell was the recipient of the shield with 13 points, and the runnerup.
