SAAR QUESTION.
Disturbing Report From Geneva. german interference. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.. i Received November 10, 1 p.m.) LONDON, November 9. ( aptain Anthony Eden will represent the British Government at a meeting of the Disarmament Bureau in Geneva on November 20, and at a special meeting of the Assembly to consider the Chaco question. He will also attend a meeting of the Council of the League to be held on November 21, when the Saar question will be under consideration. It has not yet been decided whether Sir John Simon will visit Geneva for these meetings. The meeting of the Council will have before it a report published this evening from Geneva containing an analysis by the governing commission of activities on the Deutsches front in the Saar. The report is a long one and offers evidence which it states sufficiently establishes the continued interference of the German Government in affairs in the Saar region. The German ambassador called at the Foreign Office and saw Sir John Simon. It is understood that questions connected with the holding of the Saar plebiscite on January 13 were discussed.
