FAREWELL PARTY.
Miss Betty Guthrie, who is to leave next month for London, where her marriage will take place, was entertained by a few of her friends yesterday afternoon. The Misses Norah and Nancy Deans were hostesses for the party, which was held at Riccarton House, the home of their grandmother, Mrs Deans. The reception rooms were decorated with vases of camellias, veronia, apple blossom and primroses The guests were:—Mrs T. Williams Misses Betty Guthrie, .June Wright Gendi-e Malingr, Lois Ollivior, Philippa Acland, Agatha Upham, Lesley Hay Prue Wynn Williams, Nancy and Joan Gard’ner, Joan and Ann Cooper.
