“No Humbug” writes:—Every- morning, that is, when the sun is out. the smoke from a certain factory rises like a cloud, blotting out the sunshine or watering it down through a yellow fog. If the Sunlight League or any other body is really interested in smoke abatement, here is a starting point, and the editor has permission to give particulars of the factory concerned, which I enclose.
