Lucky to be Alive.
Mr L. S. Temperley, a farmer, of Bunnythorpe, who has .been in the Palmerston North Hospital for the past two months, suffering from a dislocated neck, is now' reported to be fast approaching recovery, reports the “ Manawatu Timer.” Mr Temperley is now able to walk about, and his discharge from the institution is expected in the near future. Mr Temperley was admitted to the hospital on May 7 following an accident, wtfen a farm dray overturned on to him. It was thought at the time that the unfortunate man was suffering from the gravest of injuries, but he has effected an astonishing recovery.
