Cheap Entertainment.
A man accompanied by two women entered the State Theatre on the occasion of the Hamilton Orphans’ Club Sunday night concert, reports the Hamilton “ Times.” He put sixpence in the plate and took out threepence; thus he and his friends enjoyed the concert at an outlay of one penny each. Another man, well dressed and prosperous looking, entered the theatre and ignored the plate.
