ACCIDENT ON ROAD.
Judgment Asrainst Tramway Board. A civil claim for £IS2 4s, special and general damages, was brought againct the Christchurch Tramway Board yesterday' by Ernest James J\rmiger, of 147, Riccarton Road, painter and paperhanger. The case arose from an accident on February 3 last. Mr 11. A. Young. S.M., presided. Mr F. W. Johnston appeared for plaintiff and Mr Hutchison for the Tramway Board. Jurgment was given for Armiger for £l5O and costs.
