Special Mission Announces King’s Accession. Brlt.sh Official Wireless. RUGBY, June 12. Members of the special mission to announce the accession of King Leopold 111. of Belgium, headed by the Due d’Ursel, have arrived in London. The special envoy will be received by the King at Buckingham Palace tomorrow. In the afternoon he will lay a wreath on the Cenotaph. On Thursday the members of the mission will be entertained to luncheon by their Mai-' esties and they will be the guests of the Government at a dinner in their honour at the Foreign Office. On Friday evening the mission will give a dinner at the Hyde Park Hotel and will depart for Belgium the same night.
