MARKET ASSISTED.
Australian Wool Decision Praised. YORKSHIRE OPINION. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegrapn -Copyright. (Received June 13, 10 a.m.) LONDON, June 12. The “Yorkshire Post” says: “The postponement of the Australian wool sales momentarily is assisting the market, but does little to end the present uncertainties. It nevertheless reveals that Australians will not be stampeded into sacrificing the wool during a temporary market weakness. Accordingly the present rates here are steadier than they have been lately.”
