Death of Dame Clara Butt’s Son.
United Press Assn.— By Electric Telegraph—Cony right. (Received June 12, 10.25 a.m.) CAPE TOWN, June 11. Victor Kennerley Rumford, son of Dame Clara Butt, was found dead on the floor of his room. The cause of death, it is now ascertained, was a gunshot wound in the heart. He appeared to be in ordinary health the previous evening. Medical opinion is that the wound was accidentally self-inflicted.
