Wilson, 12s; George Cromic and Harry Cromie v. F. Young. £5 3s fid: M S. H. Manning v. C. Stone, Ltd. £6 Sa 4d; E. B. Crespin v. Cyril Alfred Bruce. £3 Ss. Judgment Summonses. H. Bingham was ordered to pay John R. Proctor, Ltd., the sum of f2 5s 6d forthwith, in default three davs* imprisonment. M. Fillery, jun., was ordered to pav Radley and Frampton, Ltd., the sum of £7 12s 9d forthwith, in default nine days’ imprisonment. Charles Hawes was ordered to pay tlfe* Westport Coal Companv, Ltd., the sum of £3 9s forthwith, in default four days’ imprisonment. Reserved Judgment. Reserved Judgment was given in the case in which Morris Paints. Ltd.. Christchurch (Mr Burns) claimed £l2 14s from C. Hawes, painter, of Portland Street, Christchurch (Mr Hunter i, for paint and materials supplied to defendant between April 11 and May 27. 1932. Plaintiff was awarded Judgment for the full amount, without costs, and was also given judgment when cited as defendant fn a counter-claim for £25 alleged damages.
