ROBBERY CHARGE.
Bootmaker Arrested by Four Detectives. POST OFFICE INCIDENT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. June 11. Alexander Crossan, aged thirty-five years, a bootmaker, was charged before ’Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., to-day, with being unlawfully in possession of a revolver and robbing Percival Rowley Hart of £6l at the Adelaide Road Post Office on Frida}- afternoon. Crossan was arrested by four detectives at a house in Newtown on Saturdav night. On the application of the police, accused was remanded until June 20.
