DECREE NISI.
In the Supreme Court this morning, before Mr Justice Johnston. Gilbert James Dunwoodie, of Christchurch, timber stacker (Mr Russell), was granted a decree nisi against Isabella Dunwoodie, on the ground of adultery. Allan Campbell, of Christchurch, labotirer, was named as co-respondent. The case had been adjourned for evidence corroborating petitioner's story, and this morning that evidence was produced by counsel.
