Championships of St Mary’s Club. Thp remaining final of the club championships was played last weekend and brought to a close one of the most successful seasons yet experienced by the St Mary’s Club at Berry Street. Of the four teams entered in the Can terbury inter-club competitions, the a grade won its section, but lost to Cathedral in the final, and the D team won the E> grade shield. The club championship finals resulted as follow*: Men's championship singles, W. I*. Sutherland: women’s championship singles. Miss L. Haughey; men's handicap singles. T. Kotlowski; women’s handicap singles. Miss A. Quinn; men’n doubles. A. V. Brown and P. M’Coy: l women’s doubles. Misses M. Nell and W. Haughey: combined doubles, P. M’Coy and Miss M. Heaphy,
