ANNUAL DANCE.

Dixieland was the scene last week of the third annual dance of the Ascot Millinery Salon, Armagh Street. Music was supplied by the Brown-Diedrichs Dance Band and extras were plavel by Miss A. Cook, Mr G. Cook, and Mr Wallace. A humorous recitation by Mr Collins and an exhibition tap-dance by Mr A. Keene were much enjoyed. Mr W. Desmond was M.C. Miss E. Coles received her guests wearing a frock of flame lace and a short jacket of gold lame. Among the many present were: Mrs Coles, sen., Mr and Mrs Desmond, Mr and Mrs Gillies, Mr and Mrs Hobbs.
