ORGAN RECITAL.
Dr Bradshaw gave another of his delightful organ recitals in the Anglican Cathedral last evening. The soloist, Mr Rex Harrison, was in good voice and sang two sacred solos. ‘ O God, Have Mercy,” from St Paul (Mendelssohn), and “It is Enough,” from “ Elijah ” (Mendelssohn). The following was Dr Bradshaw’s programme: Toccata in F Minor (Bach): Andantino in G Minor (Cesar Franck); Died. “ Wir Wandelten ” (Op. 96. Brahms); Suite Gotliique (Op. 25, Boellmann); Air with Variations from the Symphony in D for Orchestra (Haydn): Villanella (John Ireland); Hungarian march, " The Rakoczy,” for full orchestra (Diszt).
