TIMARU SOCIAL NOTES.
Mrs Garter, Oamaru, is one of the competitors in the golf championship. Mr and Mrs W. Scaife, Pembroke, are guests at the Dominion. Mrs Neil Rattray and Mis? Ruth Herslet, Waimate, are among the competitors at the golf championships. Miss A. Jones, Waimate, is the guest of Mrs W. Thomas, the Rectory, North Street, for the golf championships. Mrs E. H. Pike, Fairlie, has returned from a visit to her mother, Mrs W. Palmer, Wai-iti Road. Miss Chamberlain, Amuri, is the guest of Miss Anstev, Craighead Street, for the golf championships. Mr and Mrs Charles Ronaldson, Christchurch, and Misses Banks, Oamaru, have returned to their homes after visiting Mrs A. Grant, Aigantighe, Wai-iti Road.
