“THE MUMMY.”
Based on the ancient Egyptian cult of reincarnation, “The Mummv,” starring Boris Karloff, will be screened at the King's Theatre Talkies, Sydenham, to-night. Weird and fantastic, but not gruesomely so, the production was -suggested by the exploits of the late Lord Carnarvon and Howard Carter, who discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen. To-morrow “ Smiling Through.” starring Norma Shearer ird Fredric March, will be screened. Coming attractions include “ The Kid From Spain” (Eddie Cantor).
