General Inference.—Yesterday’s depression is now located just east of the Dominion and an anti-cyclone of very slight intensity is approaching from the Tasman Sea. A fresh depression has reached eastern Australia.
Forecast.—Moderate to strong west, backing temporarily to south-west winds. Weather: Cool and changeable, and later a few scattered light showers likely, but improving. Seas: Rather rough.
