Mrs G. R. Green, Wellington, is the guest of her sister, Mrs Daniel Reese, Cashmere Hills. Miss Kathleen White, Naseby Street, is visiting Timaru, where she is the guest of Airs J. Wilson. Miss Anne M Millan, Cashmere Hills, will leave to-morrow to spend a holiday at Hanmer Springs. Miss Geraldine Collyns, Woodbury, who has been visiting Dr and Mrs Histop, Wellington, is the guest of Miss Heather Campbell, Cashmere Hills. Mrs W. Edginton, Riccarton, will leave this evening on a visit to Auckland. She will be the guest of Dr and Mrs W. J. Edginton, Whangaroa. Mrs C. R. Cravtborne, Sumner, has returned from a visit to Timaru. Her daughter, Mrs G. S. Rickey, is now staying with Mrs Craythorne Mr and Mrs W. J. Haley and daughter, Gough’s Bay, Akaroa, are spending a holiday with Mr and Mrs A. L Styche, Deans Avenue, Christchurch. Miss Audrey Haley will leave later for a short visit to the West Coast. Mrs 11. Mrs William Menzies and Miss Rachel Menzies, Menzies Bay, have taken a flat at St £lmo Courts for the winter. Mrs J. C. Westall, Riccarton, left last night on a visit to the Worth Island. Miss Marjorie M’Kellar, Park Terrace, who has been the guest of Mrs Clifford Thompson, Dannevirke, has returned home. Mrs C. Rivers Carlyon, Wellington, who is spending several weeks in Christchurch, is staying with Miss Halmai Loughnan, Avonside. Mrs R. Fowler, Montreal Street, has returned to Christchurch after spending a short holiday with Mrs T. F. A. Ulrich, Elizabeth Street, Timaru. Mrs J. H. Hall, Papanui Road, who has been the guest of Miss Hilda Miles, Hobson Street, Wellington, returned home yesterday morning. Miss Betty Cotterill, St Elmo Courts, will return to Christchurch on Saturday, accompanied by Miss Jean Webster, after spending several weeks in Wellington.
