Nazi Bishop Seeks Peace Within Church. (Received April 16, 9.45 am) BERLIN, April 15. Reichsbishop Mueller, in a fresh effort for peace, has issued a decree dropping all measures against clergymen and church officials taken in connection with the dispute over the National Church, except in cases in which the police are taking action.
