Would-be Suicide Under Arrest. BERLIN. April S Three persons died in Berlin as a result of an unsuccessful attempt at suicide by a penniless insurance can vasser. The man turned on all the gas jets in his room and then went to bed. The police to-day found an age.l widow 7 in the next room dead in be 1 with her seven-y-ear-old niece in h-r stiffened arms, and a seventy-year old ! rooming-house proprietor asphyxiated in the other adjoining room. Quick work wdth the pulmotor effected the revival of the would-be suicide, who was placed under arrest and taken to hospital.
