Selwyn Committee’s Effort for Building Fund.

He understood that, as in other kindergartens, this last nieasure had had the effect of increasing the number on the roll at Selwyn which now stood at over eighty. To deal with this number, four assistant teachers had to be employed, so that the task of maintaining the school was a big one, and those responsible required a great deal of moral courage. That the womenfolk were facing the Job of raising funds was evident in the organthe falr - on which both he and Mr Howard congratulated the committee. Mrs F. Hamlin is convener of the committee.
