WOMAN MOTOR-CYCLIST.
LONDON, April 15. Mirs F. M. Blenkiron, a London typist whose hobby is motor-cycling, is the first woman to win the gold star awarded to motor-cyclists exceeding a speed of 100 miles an hour at Brooklands. She covered the circuit of 2 1 miles at a speed of 102.06 miles an hour.
