When Walla Walla makes an attempt on the mile record at Addington next Tuesday, the Tramway Board will make an attempt on the tramway transport record. To meet the big demand that is expected from the public special trams are being arranged for. The fare will be sixpence return, and one penny from each fare will be given to the relief fund. t WHY BE A. CRIPPLE? This is what Miss Thornton, of Sydenham, says; “I was treated by my doctor for eighteen months, rnd he gave me several bottles of medicine and pills, which gave me no relief.
