At the old-time dance on Saturday evening in the Alexandra Hall, Ferrv Road, a cash Monte Carlo night will be featured, when £2 cash will be divided into prizes for two miniatures and two Monte Carlos. Another entertaining attraction will be a ladies’ waltzing competition and the first and second winners will receive prizes. The music for a full programme of all oldtime dances will be provided by Mr E. Jackson and his players.
