British Move to Raise Butter Prices. United Press Assn.— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April. 10. Addressing Conservative members of the House of Commons, Mr Baxter, chairman ol the Milk Marketing Board, stated that in order to assist in raising the price of the manufactured article, the Milk Board contemplated the erection of a butter factory. If this were successful it would consider the manufacture of tinned milk and other products
