BILIOUS HEADACHES.

Some strong criticism of the objects of the Canterbury Roadside Beautifying Association was voiced by Mr G. G. Gardner at a meeting of the NVaimairi County Council last night. A report of a meeting was received from the association. “This roadside beautifying is the most impracticable scheme ever suggested,” said Mr Gardner. “ The roads are for travel. The association will just put in trees and shrubs for bullocks to trample down and nibble at.” A councillor suggested that the trees and shrubs would make the roads more pleasant for drivers. “ Who cates about that?” replied Mr Gardner. The report was received.

HOW TO OBTAIN RELIEF. Mrs C. A. Crichton, 51, Edenvale Road, Mount Eden, Auckland, writes. "For relief from Bilious Headaches I can testify to the curative properties of Dr Morse’s Indian Root Pills, and from personal experience of their use I can recommend them to others so afflicted with Biliousness.” Dr Morse’s Indian Root Pills are a searching remedy. They stir the Liver, tone the Stomach, and regulate the Bowels. 10
