MOTOR DRIVER REMANDED.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 11. A charge arising out of a serious road arcident near Glenside on January 13 will be heard in the Magistrate’s Court next Wednesday. To-day, Cyril Steere was charged with being the driver of a motor-lorry responsible for an accident involving injury to George Kermode (since deceased) and failing to stop and render all possible aid and assistance and report the matter to the police. A remand to next Wednesday afternoon was granted.
