Why Air Estimates Showed Increase. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, April 10. It is explained that the increase in the air estimates is due, in the civil section, to reorganisation giving greater security by replacing single-engined craft with two-engined machines. Furthermore, Lufthansa night services and overseas passenger services are being extended, as the summer air service will be-continued through the winter.
