SOLDIERS ACCEPT CUT.
PARIS, April 10. Following a conference with M Doumergue, the Premier, representatives of the ex-soldiers ag r eed to accept the principle of a cut in pensions in the interests of national economy. It is believed that the reduction will be only three per cent.
