Chinese Eastern Railway Crime Record. HUNDREDS OF OUTRAGES. United Press Assn.— By Electric Telegraph Copyright. (Received April 10, 12.30 p.m.) MOSCOW, April 9. Life on the Chinese Eastern Railway is more exciting than on any other railway in the world. The Soviet manager, M. Rudy, reports that last year bandits staged 11 train wrecks, 39 attempted wreckings, 3S armed raids, 19 arson cases, 60 murders of railway employees, 197 cases of assault and robbery, and 490 kidnappings in the neighbourhood of Lina.
